# Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup Guide

Our Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup service provides a **true cloud-to-cloud backup solution**, requiring no software installation. All backups are fully managed through our **web-based control panel** for your convenience.

**Step 1: Place an Order**

To get started as an existing customer, log in to the client area of our website at \
<https://accounts.eazybackup.ca/>.

1. Click the **'Create'** button.
2. Select **Microsoft 365** from the list of available services.

**Step 2: Create Your Backup Account**

1. Choose a username for your Microsoft 365 backup account.
2. Set a **strong password** to ensure your account's security.
3. Click **'Confirm'** to create your account.

> **Note:** It may take up to 60 seconds for your cloud backup account to be provisioned.

**Step 3: Configure Your Backup**

Once your account has been successfully created, proceed to the eazyBackup control panel at <https://panel.eazybackup.ca/> to configure your backup settings.
