Your account can be configured to send backup reports from a custom SMTP server. To use this functionality, you should complete the custom SMTP server details in the White Label configuration form.
You should set the "Send as" display name to configure how your backup report email appears to the recipient.
You should set the "Send as" email to the "from" email address that you want used for your backup report emails
We can send your backup rerpots via an SMTP server of your choice. The following options should be configured:
SMTP server address:
SMTP server port:
Username:
Password:
Security: one of "SSL/TLS" (default port 465), or "STARTTLS" (default port 587), or "Plain" (default port 25)
The Header Image you upload for the Control Panel branding will also be used to display your logo in the backup reports that are sent to your clients.
